This immersive, in-person half-day workshop is designed with your holistic wellbeing in mind. We’ve blended together scientific insights and practical applications that are proven to stimulate your mental, physical, and emotional health. Held in Comrie, near Crieff, Scotland, this event offers an empowering array of informative and experiential sessions, guaranteed to give you a renewed sense of health and vitality.

Jo and Carys are local wellness experts with a passion for helping others. Find out more about them below:
Jo Newlands
After gaining a BA (Hons) Degree in Social Science (Psychology and Sociology) and working in Education, Jo had to direct her own recovery from being chronically ill with Periodic Paralysis and severe ME/CFS, which often left her paralysed and bed-bound, suffering with severe depression, anxiety and panic attacks, to now being happy, active, healthy and thriving.
Jo went on to gain her Post Grad Degree in Education and She is now a deeply compassionate, highly trained Total Wellbeing Transformative Life Coach and Therapist, qualified in several psychotherapeutic and wellness disciplines, including Diet & Nutrition, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, NLP, The Emotional Freedom Technique and Addiction Therapy.
Jo is passionate about helping others before they trigger debilitating illnesses or just to start living their lives to their full potential and happiness right now. Her mission is to help as many people as possible overcome their anxiety and limiting beliefs, to find their core magic and start living their very best lives, equipping them to achieve freedom from anxiety, gain a powerful mindset and an empowered inner core.
Carys Hughes
Carys is the founder of Nature Connects Perthshire CIC and The Woodland Wellbeing and has a passion for all things Nature and Wellbeing.
Carys strongly believes nature is a true healer and connecting with nature can improve your health and wellbeing.
Carys has over a decade of experience working in the Health and Wellness industry and really enjoys spending time under the trees connecting with others and nature.
