One on one sessions
These are focused sessions are tailored to your personal needs and areas which you want to work on. It's all about you and I'm here to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
If you prefer not to meet in person or too far to travel, I am happy to offer my one on one calls either on the phone or in a Zoom video call and I'll take you through the process as if you were in the room...
Costs:
30 minute session: £30
60 minute session: £50
This includes preparation time and downloadable workbooks and information sheets applicable to the session at no extra cost.
Mindfulness in action - creating a calm insightful mind
This 6 week small group coaching course guides you into living with a more calm and content frame of mind, putting a stop to overthinking, procrastination and overwhelm and can greatly reduce anxiety and help you to become more focused and productive. it is carried out over interactive Zoom sessions without reference to personal situations. This course equips you with tools and techniques you can use to live more at ease with life's ups and downs.
£75 for a 6 week block (6 x 1 hour group sessions and workbooks)
